Return and refund policy

All artworks offered on this website are produced on demand and made to order.

For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted for artworks, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For the purposes of this policy, artworks include original artworks, art prints, art posters, and all other art products that are produced on demand or made to order.

If an artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Artworks

The right of withdrawal does not apply to any artworks offered on this website. For the purposes of this policy, artworks include original artworks, art prints, art posters, and all other art products that are produced on demand or made to order.

All artworks are produced on demand and made to order after an order has been placed. They are not prefabricated goods and are created or printed individually for each order.

According to applicable law, the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which individual production is decisive, or which are clearly made to order.

For these reasons, all artworks sold on this website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the production process has begun.
